Invoices for 2010 Countryside Homeowner Assessments have been delivered. This is a reminder that all assessments in the amount of $425 per homeowner lot are due by January 30, 2010. Payments received and/or posted after January 31, 2010 will be assessed a late fee of $50 and may incur further penalties for additional delay of payment.
