Architectural Change Form

To preserve the architectural and aesthetic appearance of Countryside, as well as to protect and promote real estate value for all homeowners, all exterior improvements and/or changes (except for minor landscaping) to homes are subject to the restrictions set forth in Countryside covenants.

Therefore, any proposed exterior improvements/changes to your home, except for minor landscaping, must receive prior approval from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).

Once a completed Architectural Request Form is received it is submitted to the Board for Review.  As per the CCR/Bylaws the board has up to 30 days to review your request.   Please plan accordingly.
